This theme aimed to minimize the spread of Narcotics users at the student level, in the data of the National Narcotics Agency (BNN), cases of drug use by the drug users up to March 2018 amounted to 6.4 Million. The data is alarming because along with the increase in drug cases (especially among the young people and the children). The spread of drugs is easy because the elementary school children have also started trying to smoke cigarettes. Although the government in the Child Protection Act number 23 of 2002 in article 20, it has been stated that the State, the government, the community, the family, and the parents are obliged and responsible for the implementation of child protection (see more fully in the Child Protection Act). However, the child protection from drugs is still far from expectations. A lot of elementary school and junior high school age of children are also trapped in drugs; the drug addicts are generally between the ages of 11 and 24. At the productive age or student age, the students who take drugs usually begin with their introduction to cigarettes. From this habit, their association continues to increase, especially when the students join with the people who have become the drug addicts. At the beginning they only try to use the drugs, but then they will depend on them.

In addition, there is also a need for training on how to get access to funding in creating a new company. As is known, one of the obstacles in creating new entrepreneurs is funding. . The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted various sectors. As for the sectors affected is the education sector. Many countries decide closing schools, colleges as well as universities, including Indonesia as an effort to break the chain of the spread of Covid-19. To cut off the spread of Covid-19 and comply government regulations, educators and all students are forced not to be face to face temporarily. The COVID-19 pandemic is forcing schools, colleges and universities to shift their entire instructional device to one online delivery overnight. It is no longer a question of whether online education can deliver on the promise of quality higher education and more to how universities can promptly and effectively embrace the mass adoption of online learning. This research was conducted in locations affected by the covid-19 pandemic, because the covid-19 pandemic has a very significant impact on the survival of the lower class in particular. Entrepreneurs are expected to help overcome the economic problems of the nation and the State, although there are many challenges and obstacles that must be faced in overcoming problems due to limited education. and resource knowledge. This community service activity is carried out by providing online learning and training assistance for 1 month on building entrepreneurship character to youth organization (Karang Taruna). The activity is the increasing entrepreneurial knowledge and skills of participants in optimizing information technology-based programs in the marketing media for organic hydroponic vegetable Urban Farming products. The result of this activity is the increasing creativity of youth group organization and to motivate them and also create a connection model for microenterprise entrepreneurship and value creation with the economic, social and environmental aspects of sustainable development.

Human resources management is currently a necessity and is no longer an option if a company wants to grow. Human Resources is very important in an organization, because the effectiveness and success of an organization is very dependent on the quality and performance of the human resources that exist in the organization. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Political Organization, Organizational Climate, and Organizational Culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Pegadaian Indonesia (PERSERO). The object of this research is the employees as many as 80 respondents. The approach used in this research is the Component or Variance Based Structural Equation Model with Smart-PLS analysis tools. The results showed that the Political Organization had no significant effect on Job Satisfaction on the employees, Organizational Climate has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Organizational Culture has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Political Organizational significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior on employees, Organizational Climate has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior for employees, Organizational Culture significantly positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior on employees, Job Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Drug abuse and illicit trafficking is a complex problem, both causative and related factors. The countermeasures require a multidisciplinary approach, as well as integration across government sectors, as well as the integration of all parties, as well as the role of commitment and the entire community. In this regard, to determine the extent of public understanding and understanding of drugs, there is a positive relationship between improving the quality of human life and its maintenance. Society as a whole and the interaction between the two, it is necessary to empower the community through improving the quality and capacity of human resources in the context of preventing and overcoming drug trafficking. There are many creative ways to invite people to preventing drugs. One of the things that can be maximized is creativity and local wisdom such as urban farming as a medium for drug prevention. The Participants knowledge before socialization can be identified from the pre-test activities, most of which 60% have less knowledge about drugs and 70 % have less knowledge about urban farming. while after socialization the post-test results are mostly good 90% regarding the types of drugs and the impact of drug abuse compared to those with good knowledge regarding urban farming 95% The results of the activity showed that the youth organization had understood the dangers of drugs abuse for their character building. In addition, they were eager to be entrepreneur regarding urban agriculture. The Education Institution such as Universitas Mercubuana together with the local government seeks to empower the community, especially in areas prone to illicit drug trafficking, so as not to fall into the illicit business by providing training and entrepreneurial skills so that people in the area are able to live independently and have a stable economy.
